These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MTD Bridge ("the Service"), operated by Garry Cronin trading as Steadfast Software, a sole trader based in Cardiff, Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MTD Bridge is HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment (MTD ITSA) bridging software. The Service enables you to:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
The Service is available under the following tiers:
Annual billing is available at a discount. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you downgrade to a tier with a lower property limit, you must reduce your active properties to within the new limit before the change takes effect.

MTD Bridge is a software tool, not a tax adviser. The Service does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax estimates shown are indicative only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including HMRC API outages). We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Steadfast Software. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be deleted except where retention is required by law (see our Privacy Policy for details on data retention).
The Go LTD company formation service is an optional add-on. It facilitates the formation of a limited company through a third-party formation agent. We are not responsible for the actions of the formation agent, nor for any legal, tax, or regulatory consequences of incorporating a company. You should seek professional advice before deciding to incorporate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
